     I agree, it doesn't make grammatical sense and I do not take stock in that argument. Regardless, it's a line of argument that I've heard from gun control advocates, and that was what popped into mind when I read his post.

     I think the issue is he's one of those folks who thinks that the "well regulated Militia" bit means the Second Amendment only protects gun ownership when part of a militia.

But that doesn't even make grammatical sense.



A few questions.

Does a lot of the Constitution make "grammatical sense"?
Why would someone go out of their way to mention "militias" and go the extra mile to say "well regulated"?

And most importantly is that an Indochino pin stripe three piece suit?  It looks like one they came out with a few years ago and I've been wondering if they are going to bring it back.
