Well you live in Idaho so you've probably never seen a political ad on TV before. I've seen many this year here in Virginia.

No 3:10 ad is going to make it onto TV.  It is longer than most commercial breaks.

Agreed, these ads are never going to make it to swing voters.  Facebook's algorithm only shows people what they want to see or are already likely to agree with.

Uhhh, you as an advertiser can pay Facebook to have ads show up as a sponsored link to any demo pattern/pattern of 'liked' pages/group of people you want.

this series is definitely not TV. Nothing from 'The Briefing' is a TV ad, just web.  That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if there were real TV ads featuring people hurt by Trump by the Clinton campaign or (more likely) Priorities USA, but those would have to be cut down to 30/60 sec spots. Kind of like some of the ads Priorities ran against Romney, like this one with a guy put out of work by Bain https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaWBYjcJqF0

In a way I think these web ads are a signal to Priorities USA. Remember they cannot coordinate, but Priorities could see the message the Clinton campaign wants to get out and run with it using their own shorter TV spots.
