That was easier than voting in the last Presidential election (and that was notoriously easy).  There are very few places I'd rather live than Denver and there are very few places I'd rather NOT live than Philly.  Gross.

Very easy vote for Philly, although I guess I wouldn't mind Denver.

I would rather not deal with weed-smoking hippies with blue hair (or at least be able to pretend that they don't exist), so easily Philly.  Cheesesteaks are good too.

You'll find plenty of those people in Philly as well. Or pretty much any big city in the US, to be honest.

But, Denver might only trail Seattle for the most of those types per capita.  I can just keep out of their neighborhoods more in Philly (plus, there aren't weed shops on every corner, which would freak me out about Colorado).

Denver, easily.  Great place for biking, hiking, and skiing.  And extremely sunny to boot. What's not to love (except the harsh winters, of course)? Smiley

You won't see much of the off-color hair, but I can assure you will smell weed on approximately 95% of blocks. It sends me into a rage too, but it's the price of living in a city in 2017 America.

I don't get this.  It doesn't smell great, but you get used to it and soon it doesn't affect you at all.  My roommate smoked pot in his dorm room, and it didn't bother me after a while, even though I wouldn't ever try it myself.

I've been to Denver a few times in the last couple of years. One thing that I didn't notice was the smell of weed. The signs are there on billboards and other ads, so it's clearly around. But whether I was walking downtown or up in Red Rocks park I didn't catch a whiff. My sense is that the desire for smoke-free air is pretty strong in CO, weed or otherwise.
