Probably, but as the Late '70's GOP demonstrated with their 1980 comeback, this isn't a bad thing outright.

That said, the Clintonites seem more foolishly resistant than the Rockefeller/Ford wing were.

That said, the Clintonites seem more foolishly resistant than the Rockefeller/Ford wing were.

It's kind of ironic that moderate heroes aren't interested in compromising the slightest with progressives. Actually, it shows that they're not really moderate at all, but represent their corporate masters. If progressives want any power, they will need to be removed from power, or progressives need to start a new party.
