Probably Austin Scott but their hasn't been any signs that his condition with Parkinson's has worsened

Rob Woodall would be the best successor, since he represents GA-07 and seems pretty popular there, and Trump did poorly in the Atlanta suburbs, but it could put his House seat in jeopardy.
