I really like Rosie O'Donnell's energy, passion for politics despite my disagreements with her on some issues. She is very polarizing and has huge name ID due to her appearances on ABC's The View and other projects. If the comedian and actress entered the 2020 Democratic field, what would be her electoral college floor and her ceiling, seriously?

Her floor is California, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Her ceiling are those states plus Illinois.

Rosie's floor is obvious, since these states would vote Democratic even if a convicted serial killer was the Democratic nominee.
