What exactly does Claire McCaskill in terms of votes need in order to get the victory in Missouri?

She probably needs at least one more vote than Hawley, tbh, imo.

High black turnout and good numbers in suburbs. She's going to lose ground in rural Missouri.

One vote more than what Hawley gets.

Also low Republican turnout across the board.

In a polarized midterm like this?  Not gonna happen.

She needs to flip Clay, Platte, Buchanan, Jefferson, and St. Genevieve.

A big win among Independents, high turnout in the cities/suburbs, and at least a small number of crossover votes.

Win by 15+ among independents, high turnout in KC and St. Louis, and just enough white suburban votes to balance out the blowouts in the rurals.

And try not to get Hillary margins in the rurals.
