1930s Nazi Germany because if I can survive during that time then basically i live in a western democracy that undergoes a economic boom at the end of ww2.

From a purely self interest point of view, Germany. The Nazis worst crimes were the worst of any regime in history, even worse than Stalin and Mao.

USSR. No other options. I'd be way out of place in China, same for NK but add in starving and god knows what else, and Nazi Germany was literally trying to exterminate people like me, so... Soviets it is!

I'd probably make it in the Reich depending on where I lived. If I lived in Poland than it'd be tougher than Germany.
