Unfortunately, Donald Trump has stained the Republican Party regardless of if he wins or loses.

Yes, he gained GOP voters in 2016, but the GOP will have to grow their party beyond their base.

NeverTrump Republicans, "I'm still a Republican but I didn't vote for Trump, I voted McMullin/Johnson/wrote-in/stayed-home in safe state/MI/WI/PA/FL but didn't make a point differential"

Should they be shamed?

Shamed for still being a Republican?

Is there a reason why Republican-leaning celebrities don't speak so much?

Is there any way to get the stats on what portion of bronz’s 8,600+ posts are OPs in threads?  Lol, I’d love to know.

Yes. Identifying strongly with a political party means you are a psychopath and should not be allowed around children or the normal population.

No people who ostracize for having different political beliefs than them should be ostracized

By itself no, but if they support racism/racist policies/support Trump who espouses all of these ideals then yes.

No, but they should be shamed/ostracized for believing that Bush v. Gore was a peachy-keen, correct interpretation of the Constitution.

All this would do is legitimize the persecution complex that some on the right have.
