Should H1-B Visas be replaced with full immigration visas?

A resounding yes, there is no need to limit the number of Green Cards issued to Indian and Chinese immigrants in America. Suggesting to even limiting visas is racist and highly xenophobic.

No.  H1-B's are very important.  Example . . . we have a gentleman in our office that works here on an H1-B visa.  He does not want to emmigrate to the US because he enjoys his citizenship with his home country.  However, he is one of a very few people in the world that are experts in his niche field, so we need him to work for us.  The H1-B helps both of us get what we want.

Focus soley on latin america/east asia for immigration. Only let in the skilled and wealthy from the rest of the planet. No refugees or political dissidents or family members of people from those areas in the US. Just the skilled andwealthy with no exceptions.
