How would you describe a Goldwater-Wallace-McGovern-Ford-Carter-Reagan-Bush-Clinton-Dole-Bush-Kerry-Obama-Romney-Clinton-Biden voter

A Nebraskite who went for Wallace in 1968, but for McGovern of neighbouring South Dakota in 1972. In 1976, went for Ford because he was still conservative at heart, but in 1980, he went for Carter because he was extremely, extremely pleased with the Camp David Accords and blamed conservatism and not Carter for the recession. Still, as 'Reaganomics' seemed to work, he went for Reagan in 1984 and Bush in 1988. In 1992, enchanted by southern moderate Clinton and annoyed with Bush for the 'No new taxes' debacle, voted blue again, but in 1996, with the nomination of Bob Dole, a solidly conservative senator from next-door Kansas. In 2000, voted red again, but in 2004, distrusting of the Iraq War and the PATRIOT Act, went for Kerry. In 2008, went for Obama because of the economic problems and being vindicated on Iraq. In 2012, went for Romney because he didn't like Obamacare and Obama's other achievements, but was so disgusted by the Access Hollywood tapes, he voted for Clinton. Horrified at Trump's (and Noem's) anti-mask rhetoric, and fearful of COVID19 spreading as it did in the nearby Dakotas, cast a (mail-in) Biden ballot.
