I'm not sure if it's unusual, but it seems that every few months some member of Congress resigns. Off the top of my head, in this Congress, John Corzine, Duke Cunningham, Tom Delay, and Mark Foley. Have there been any more this Congress that I'm missing out on? Is that a high number compared to other Congresses?

There's always a few each year for various things.  I don't see anything excessive about the few this year.  One of the biggest years was 1980, primarily with the Abscam fiasco.  If I remember correctly, 6 Congressmen and 1 Senator were either expelled or resigned.  Abscam also hit state and federal employees as well.
