Congratulations. But are you going to run under the Pink Panther Party?

Good on you! Good luck in this campaign. The thought of posters holding public office is quite exciting (I know we have SD's current attorney general and a former IL state representative, though the former's been inactive for well over a decade).

I notice, however, that this is an overwhelmingly Democratic, Philly-centric seat, and it already has a Democratic incumbent who doesn't look like she's going to retire. Are you running as a Democratic candidate or a Republican candidate? If you're running as a Republican, might I suggest (and feel more than welcome to ignore this advice completely, as I know quite little about PA politics and probably a lot less than a native of that state) running in a more conservative, redder, rural district, preferably with a retiring GOP incumbent? Just a thought. If you're running as a Democrat, I notice that the incumbent, Elizabeth Fiedler, is a Democratic Socialist, so out of curiousity, is your aim to attack her from the right (for being too extreme)?

These are just some insights, and I may well be way off the mark if redistricting renumbered the districts and the 184th has changed its location (tried to find out more on that, but couldn't).

In any case, good luck on your campaign and hopefully you win - if as a Republican, then perhaps you can move the PAGOP just slightly into a saner direction from where it currently is.

Are you working for Elizabeth Fiedler? If not, worst of luck.

a.) He said he's running, so I'm pretty sure he's not working with the incumbent.
b.) Wrong spirit. We should promote and encourage each other civic engagment and stabs at public office - it'd be nice to have posters hold elected office, even the office of state representative.

EDIT: Unless I've gotten it all wrong...Spark, are you actually running for the seat, or are you working on the campaign of someone running for the seat?

Word of advice from an old: never tell Atlas you're working on or running a campaign until after it has ended.

I propose we character assassinate ever person on atlas who attempts to run for elected office. Ravnsborg has proven that no atlas poster should be elected.

I agree. To clarify, I am not running but supporting an opposition candidate.

Looks like Our Dear Friend even got the Democrats to back their ideal candidate. Great job!
