Biden Presidency if Purdue and Loeffler won & no Jan 6?

Say Trump makes a halfhearted concession speech eventually in December 2020 and focuses on the GA runoffs, and Purdue and Loeffler pull it through in the end. January 6 is just a regular day for the most part. How does Biden's early Presidency go without a Democratic trifecta, particularly in regard to his stimulus plans and the economy? Also, how are the midterms and 2024 are affected if the economy looks different in any way without the so called 'American Rescue Plan'?

Haven't quite thought of the trifecta impact but I would say that Trump would probably be in an even stronger position right now if not for all the "Stop the steal!" and January 6 happenings.
