I suspect eventually, but it would be a drawn out process full of things like people arguing the blatant propaganda and misinformation he'd be posting is technically not a TOS violation or something.

he'd probably send up similarly to BigSerg, banned from the russia-ukraine thread and then threatening to sue the forum or something, and getting fully banned.
