11am is a mid-shift, mac.  not morning!

id rather work mornings, or nights for that matter than midshifts.  those are the worst.  i had a job once where my schedule was 10-7 every day.  horrible!  messes up your day and evening.

you constantly talk about 'good food', yet you are drinking gatorade.

unless you are hungover or just got through playing a game of basketball, there is no excuse for drinking gatorade.

I perspired, WalterMitty.  While it is often pleasant here, it is the tropics, and there are occasional periods of high heat, such as the last couple of weeks.  Also it happens that I'm back at work, which entails the usual nonsense of being up and about during the day.

I had lunch with some friends at a lakeside restaurant... it was sunny and warm with a lake breeze.  A nice cold margarita really helped keep the heat off.
