Nick Clegg MP (Lib Dem, Sheffield Hallam) has suggested that the House of Commons should have 150 fewer MP's (i.e a membership of 500 instead of 650). If that idea was accepted, the average electorate per constituency would be 90,000 or so. So let's hear suggestions for constituencies with 90,000 electors then. If I might start the ball rolling:

Scotland North and the Islands
Composition: Caithness and Sutherland, Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles
Election 2005 Result:
Lib Dems 41%
Lab 22%
SNP 20%
Con 10%
Others 8%
Electorate: 101,461 (12.7% above quota)

I believe Orkney and Shetland is legally protected as a constituency, as is Na h-Eileanan an Iar, so they'd be unaffected.
