Friday night is a bad night to do a debate (high school football is a big reason in many areas of this country).  As such, I'd expect the viewership to skew Democratic a bit, actually.  But it will be less altogether than 2004.

Heh. So many people were saying that 100 million people were going to watch this. Not even close.

I mean, it barely beat Clinton-Dole. That's kind of pathetic.

Probably.

I'm thinking McCain's stunt might've helped the ratings.

Some people might not have been aware that the debate was happening after all, thanks to his bullsh**t stunt.

Huffington reports an estimated 57 million so far if current trends from the 55 markets surveyed continue when the final numbers are released Monday.
