Uh, dude, who do you think found these tax troubles?  The vetters.  It's not like Congressional hearings discovered these troubles  on their own.  It's Obama's recruitment team that decided to move forward with the picks despite the tax trouble.

It scares me that after a few months off that I'm agreeing with Lunar so soon.  The Obama vetting has sucked the big one for sure, but they're not that stupid not to have known about Sebelius especially.
