Good Og no.  We should leave quicker if they are going to go the "Dark Side" anyway.  Rather get to the nasty end (whatever that might be) sooner rather than later.

Oh wow who could've guessed this? That Iraq is a natural ally of Iran is blatantly obvious to anyone with any knowledge of the region. Saddam was the only thing keeping that from happening.
