I'd love to have "President's Questions" every week, like Prime Minster's Questions".

*facepalm*

Because Obama and Mitch McConnel going at it would be so entertaining. Tongue

If we ever had a scenario like this, Hillary Clinton would be Prime Minister.

No. No. No.

Prime Ministers in presidential systems (these rarely exist in the West, but are quite common elsewhere) serve a clearly defined purpose: the administration of government. That role is currently filled by Rahm Emanuel.

It would make US Congress entertaining, but knowing the Republicans, almost as pathetic as the 39th and 40th House of Commons in Ottawa.

I wish the Democrats and Republicans could get a tough-looking bully parliamentary leader like John Baird or Peter Van Loan instead of old wimps like Pelosi, Reid and McConnell.

There are some great speeches made during PMQ (Britain)/QP (Canada)/QT (Australia). It's the best thing to watch! I'm going to look up some more YouTubes now!

Brilliant moment - Peter Costello quotes from a Midnight Oil song... the bald guy who looks like Voldemort was the lead singer of Midnight Oil back in the day: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-asDejsediM&feature=fvw

I was in the Gallery for Question Time on this day and saw this live: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWxOHKI_0jY&feature=related

Here's a playlist of Australian Parliament: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBvryavwV0w&feature=PlayList&p=0EEC670E6A38FACE&index=0&playnext=1
