I think this is more a case of "Nauru moves away from bankruptcy" more than towards Russia.

My workplace is probably of more economic relevance than Nauru (and I don't mean Apple, just my one center.)

I wonder if Nauru would recognize my backyard for 500 dollars?  Let's wait until the weather warms and some of you can pitch your tents and be my oppressed subjects when I secede.

Nauru is a small, poor Pacific Island nation. Of course it could be bribed to achieve something.
