Which of these three has the greatest chance of running for president in the current election cycle?  They all claim to be thinking about it, and they've all had recent pseudo-campaign appearances.  But which is most likely to actually go through with it?

Probably Giuliani, seeing as how he has nothing better to do. I wonder if he'll announce on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

Giuliani most likely. I keep reading he's wanting to run, and he refuses to say he's not running.
