Newt Gingrich on Laura Ingram Show says that if you went through every record in congress, you would be able to find at least 100 democrats in the house and senate that are more conservative than Mitt Romney. Hes not basing it on rhetoric but actual record.

Ok so democrats more conservative than romney in washington...

Gingrich is doing a remarkable job of shooting himself in the foot.

Gingrich is doing a remarkable job of shooting himself in the foot.

This does seem to be his best-practiced and enduring talent.

Newt is such a card isn't he?  Tongue

Hey Newtie, remember when you slipped into the truth and supported some sort of mandatory health insurance?  Yes, I know, that was just a ploy to stop Hillarycare you say - now, but then you also said, like Mitt, that it was a matter of individual responsibility too. Which is it?  So much spin, so little time.

Guys, it's called the kitchen sink strategy. You gotta throw everything at Mittens. Everything.

Everyone remember something important, though - Newt is NOT attacking Romney here. He's just pointing out the truth. The truth is only considered a "lie" and "attack" when it's directed at Gingrich.

Arrogent thug.

Are we talking what Governor Romney did or what candidate Romney says?

If you're going to fking attack Romney at least say something that hasn't fking been said for the last 5 years, actually come up with some hard evidence.

I think it might be time to return to the 'Mitt Romney looks French' line of attack. Who was that anyway, angus?

One name comes to mind. I think someone like Debbie Stabenow is more conservative than Romney. Claire McClaskill, Jon Tester, the list goes on. Mitt Romney even one time said that Ted Kennedy was more conservative than he was. So there you go

Let me know when Debbie Stabenow votes for P2P or the Roadmap.

Nearly all the conservative, moderate and centrist Democrats were defeated in 2010.

Stabenow? Would you care to point out which issues that is that case on?

Mitt Romney is neither conservative nor liberal. He is Mitt Romney.

Indeed, a man for all people.

Thank you for pointing that out.  I always knew your keen powers of perception would serve a useful purpose someday.
