He realized he's probably not getting a brokered convention, I guess.

Not to nitpick Jeb but only 28 states have voted (I'm guessing he gets to 34 by counting the territories and the Missouri beauty contest).

“He’s lost any hope that we’ll have anyone better ,” said one senior Republican operative about Bush’s decision to endorse Romney.

I remember Pat Buchanan saying in 1996, when he finally endorsed Bob Dole, that he "didn't want the best to become the enemy of the good." This sounds like that.

Well, that's what I call a ringing endorsement.

"Do you want to go out with me?"
"Yes, I couldn't find anyone better."

So I guess it's pretty much fair to say that the Bush family will officially be going for Romney?  I don't really see Dubya making an endorsement publicly.

Receiving the endorsement of one of the most respected Republicans in America today is truly great news for the Romney campaign.

The universe is unfolding as it should.

Another establishment "has been" endorsing an establishment "has been" in a race against another "has been" and an "adulterous has been". Oh yeah, and Ron Paul.

On the first read this post does not make any sense what-so-ever.

All of George H.W. Bush's children including Dubya and Jeb are supporting Romney.
All of Carter's children including Amy are supporting Obama.
Ron Reagan and Patti Davis are supporting Obama but who is Michael Reagan supporting.
