Dems would definitely retake the House with these numbers. Interesting that they're doing even or better than Obama.

Im actually sort of hoping that Democrats fall just short of retaking the House so they still have Ryan, Cantor, and Boehner to run against in 2014 to make that election a little easier.

Maybe if they only win by a point or two. But I don't think gerrymandering is that strong; surely they'd win the House pretty easily with the numbers in my first post.

Having played around with the map... I find it hard to see the Dems retake the House on anything short of those kind of numbers. Republicans didn't nick seats with this redistricting like ten years ago - they shored up their 2010 gains.
