Since the SoFA is basically not active or hasnt been, can the court please rule on this or do what needs to be done.

Who is adminstering the elections in the absense of the SoFA?  And the court can't rule unless one of the other candidates challenges the replacement.

I assume King will, as he is the only cabinet secretary doing anything publicly.

If StevenNick does not come back and I administer the election, Gov. MAS will be on the ballot.  Otherwise, it's up to the SoFA.

Sounds grossly illegal to me but there we go.

If you want to dot the i's, have our President assume the SoFA's powers in absence and they redelegate them to King or use them himself.

Since the SoFA was not given any power over the administration of elections by the constitution or any senate legislation, I am in my legal right to administer this election.
