Trying to be nonpartisan again:

Senators
Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska)
Rob Portman (R-Ohio)
Mark Begich (D-Alaska)
Dick Durbin (D-Illinois)
Mark Kirk (R-Illinois)
Susan Collins (R-Maine)
Al Franken (D-Minnesota)
Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri)
Harry Reid (D-Nevada)
Kirsten Gillibrand (D-New York)
Kay Hagan (D-North Carolina)
Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio)
Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma)
Ron Wyden (D-Oregon)
Pat Toomey (R-Pennsylvania)
Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont)
Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont)
Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisconsin)

Governors
Lincoln Chafee (D-Rhode Island)
Jerry Brown (D-California)
John Hickenlooper (D-Colorado)
Martin O'Malley (D-Maryland)
Chris Christie (R-New Jersey)
Susana Martinez (R-New Mexico)
Andrew Cuomo (D-New York)
John Kasich (R-Ohio)
John Kitzhaber (D-Oregon)
Brian Sandoval (R-Nevada)
Peter Shumlin (D-Vermont)

Representatives
Nancy Pelosi (D) (you have to admit she was effective as speaker)
Marsha Blackburn (R)
Peter King (R)
In earlier years, before he showed his true colors, Paul Ryan would be here...
And that's honestly all I can think of in the House right now, though I don't know many that well

I'm a fan of Wyden.

I also tend to like the GOP Senators who seem to be open to bipartisan compromise, like Lamar Alexander or Lisa Murkowski.

Republicans that do not make me viscerally ill: Chris Christie, Jon Huntsman, Mark Kirk, Susan Collins, Pat Toomey, Susana Martinez

Democrats: Ron Wyden, Jerry Brown, Bernie Sanders (let me slide on calling him a D...), Tammy Baldwin, Chris Coons, Jack Markell, etc.

Earl Blumenauer
Rush Holt
Jerry Brown
John Hickenlooper
Joe Biden
Mark Dayton
Al Franken
Tammy Baldwin
Antonio Villariagosa
Frank Lautenberg
Nancy Pelosi

Among Republicans... eh, I kinda like Lisa Murkowski.

And I know this is a very unpopular opinion 'round these parts... but I also think that Mike Bloomberg has done some incredibly good things here, and his negative aspects are both minor and horribly overblown.

Non-partisan list as well. I'm sure there are a bunch of House goldmines I'm missing, but I'll have to admit my knowledge is a bit shaky when it comes to individual representatives. I also kept it to politicians currently in office, which is why Hillary, Huntsman and Schweitzer aren't on here.

Andrew Cuomo (D-NY)
John Hickenlooper (D-CO)
Jerry Brown (D-CA)

Chris Christie (R-NJ)
Susana Martinez (R-NM)
Brian Sandoval (R-NV)

Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)
Ron Wyden (D-OR)

Mary Landrieu (D-LA)
Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND)
Bernie Sanders (I-VT)

Pat Toomey (R-PA)
John Thune (R-SD)
John McCain (R-AZ)

Susana Collins (R-ME)
Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)
Jeff Flake (R-AZ)

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)
Tom Cole (R-OK)
Peter King (R-NY)

Yeah, Bloomy doesn't quite make my top list, but really only because of stop and frisk.  That's the one policy of his that I do agree is a serious problem.
