My impression is that the Republican presidential primary is quickly becoming Jeb Bush VS Scott Walker.

If so, which of the other Republicans would benefit the most?

I say Rand Paul would be able to snag a few primaries between the two.

Probably Rand and one of the Southern SoCons (Huckabee, Cruz, etc.) provided that Walker doesn't scoop up the evangelicals first.

The other midwestern governors are likely locked out if it's Walker VS Bush. A Kasich probably needs one of the two to stumble bad.

Ted Cruz could pander to the base, especially if he claims there's some apostasy on Walker and Jeb's part. He also has the advantage of not having to govern. Walker, however, can argue that he has won the fights he picked.
This does not seem like a good field for Huck, given Walker's religion/ blue-collar appeal and Jeb's suggestions of using government to help people (Huck's main argument.)

It's probably Rand Paul. He's ideologically distinct, especially on foreign policy, and might appeal to less traditional voters.

But a Carly Fiorina might do well, as the only woman likely to run, and as a poltiical outsider in a race with guys who have been involved in poltics for decades.
