Assuming Hillary wins the primary season in a landslide although she'll have had to prevail against a vast number of intra-party opponents.
Which states and counties would be her worst in the primary season?

I'd guess locations that Howard Dean did well.

Places like Vermont, Portland and SLC I'd guess.

Her birth county? That would be debilitating...

A good number of Western counties and perhaps a few very progressive ones here and there.

Out of curiosity, have there been any recent incumbent presidents who swept all counties in the primaries?  Obama didn't in 2012, despite only being challenged by regional no-names.  What about Clinton in 1996 or Bush in 2004?

From what I have read no counties in either election voted against the incumbent in the primary.

But not the county she made her political career in.

Unlike a certain other Democratic candidate...

Marin County CA and Montgomery County MD. As well as  a few other notably liberal counties on both coasts.

Iowa has a lot of counties and isn't particularly pro-Hillary, so she'll lose a few there.

Probably big progressive cities and some counties in the West/Vermont or wherever. Although it depends on when the primaries are.

Hillary actually did reasonably well (much better than statewide) in Montgomery in 2008.  Same with Fairfax, VA.  I would look to the college towns for local Hillary opposition.  Also to Montana and possibly coal country since Schweitzer is basically in.

Depends on who her opponents are. If its someone like Sanders than Vermont, parts of Massachusetts, and college towns. If its Schweitzer much of the Interior West.
