That false Daily Caller story about him cavorting with Dominican prostitutes perhaps was a plant by Cuban intel.

Would it be off to say this guy is the worst Democratic Senator currently serving?

It would be unfair; that award would go to Begich.

Not at all. Booker, Carper, Feinstein, and Pryor round out the bottom 5. (Before you all freak out and shout true leftist because Pryor is on here, calm down, notice that Manchin isn't on this list, not to mention Heitkamp, Donnelly, or Landrieu. Conservative Democrats in conservative states are fine, corporatist Democrats in liberal states are not: that's why Booker and Carper are on here. Pryor is just shiittty, it's not really an ideological thing.)

That's ridiculous, Begich is one of the best.

I certainly don't see how the title of "Worst Democratic Senator Currently Serving" could be won by someone who already has the title of "Best Democratic Senator Currently Serving," but maybe Mark has found a way.

This thread has inspired me to rank the Democratic Senators from 1-53, so here is my completely arbitrary, totally biased, and fairly meaningless ranking of them:

Sherrod Brown (OH)
Jeanne Shaheen (NH)
Kirsten Gillibrand (NY)
Elizabeth Warren (MA)
Al Franken (MN)
Ron Wyden (OR)
Mark Udall (CO)
Mark Begich (AK)
Brian Schatz (HI)
Michael Bennet (CO)
Martin Heinrich (NM)
Chris Murphy (CT)
Jeff Merkley (OR)
John Walsh (MT)
Tom Udall (NM)
Mazie Hirono (HI)
Dick Durbin (IL)
Tom Harkin (IA)
Patrick Leahy (VT)
Tammy Baldwin (WI)
Mark Warner (VA)
Amy Klobuchar (MN)
Tim Kaine (VA)
Patty Murray (WA)
Richard Blumenthal (CT)
Maria Cantwell (WA)
Kay Hagan (NC)
Jack Reed (RI)
Barbara Boxer (CA)
Chris Coons (DE)
Claire McCaskill (MO)
Bill Nelson (FL)
Bob Casey (PA)
Jay Rockefeller (WV)
Sheldon Whitehouse (RI)
Debbie Stabenow (MI)
Chuck Schumer (NY)
Joe Manchin (WV)
Jon Tester (MT)
Carl Levin (MI)
Barbara Mikulski (MD)
Mary Landrieu (LA)
Harry Reid (NV)
Ed Markey (MA)
Ben Cardin (MD)
Tim Johnson (SD)
Heidi Heitkamp (ND)
Joe Donnelly (IN)
Dianne Feinstein (CA)
Mark Pryor (AR)
Cory Booker (NJ)
Tom Carper (DE)
Bob Menendez (NJ)

If anything seems too ridiculous let me know but I probably won't actively defend/debate this since I put very little thought into it.

Booker said that Obama was too mean to Wall Street. Obama has been so tough on Wall Street that the stock market is only up 125% under his Presidency.
