Belgrade is in Serbia, so no, and not Budapest either since I'm not a character from a bad 70s Cold War spy thriller.

I haven't been to Belgrade, but I left Budapest thoroughly unimpressed. It's basically the non-union Mexican equivalent of Prague. And was before the Fascists had come to power.

Prague is obviously way cooler than Budapest, but I've had great fun getting drunk in seedy bars in the latter's Jewish Quarter. Which makes me quite bemused that Jobbik exists.
