Obviously it's Curry, and you'd have to have no understanding of basketball whatsoever to think anyone in the league is a better shooter. Curry's three-point shooting percentage is lower because his degree of difficulty is much higher; he creates his own shot constantly while other teams consistently double-team him. Meanwhile Korver's job is to stand on the perimeter and wait for someone to pass him the ball when he has a wide-open look. It's not an accident that well over 90% of his three-point shots are assisted. He can't create his own shot, and that's not his job.

That's not to denigrate Korver, who's a fun plater who does the job he's assigned well, but there's a reason he's not going to be the MVP. If Stephen Curry were playing off the ball in a pure catch-and-shoot role like Korver does, his three-point shooting percentage would be well over 50%. This is not something that is seriously up for debate.

Curry does it with the ball in his hands. Korver has to try and get loose for an open shot to be the shooter he is.

If Curry was playing SG next a Jeff Teague at point guard, he'd probably shoot 60% from three. The dude is nuts.
