Well, Pataki is out to kill the Alabama and Arkansas primaries, given that he didn't even file to be on the ballot in either state.  Why does Pataki hate democracy?

He's not trying to win, since as Morden pointed out he hasn't actually met any filing deadlines. Missing filing deadlines should end anyone's status as a "serious candidate." Time to send Pataki into the Jim Gilmore world of Twitter obscurity.
