Looks like this is going to be President Hillary Clinton's defining free trade agreement, at least in her first term, the way the Trans-Pacific Partnership is President Barack Obama's free trade legacy:

Wonder if there's going to be any referendums on this in the EU. I could see them pull it off in the Netherlands, for instance. That would possibly delay TTIP's implementation and, since this is an agreement between the EU and the US, it could jeopardize the entire agreement if people vote against it, which would then have to be struck by all other EU countries -- which is problematic because the EU functions as one big free-trade area.
