It seemed like having his brother gave him the fire in the belly he needed to express himself, I would say this was probably his best speech yet, not that it will help him much though.

Also that large crowd though.

He seemed pretty rattled throughout his speech.  It just didn't contrast well with Dubya's jolly, good-humored demeanor in his introduction.

I didn't think Jebra was very high energy, but Dubya seemed really high energy. Also, anytime he told a joke, Lindsey Graham was laughing his butt of in the back

It was a fine Jeb speech, but the problem is it came right after his brother knocked it out of the park. The juxtaposition does not help poor Jebby.
