Both from New York so not gonna happen. Yeah yeah, Dick Cheney lived in Texas in 2000 but he had historical ties to Wyoming, it wasn't really a stretch for him to move there. It would look ridiculous if Trump or 9/11 changed their residency. Especially when there's literally hundreds of other potential candidates who wouldn't require that.

Trump's VP pick ought to bring regional and ideological balance to the ticket i.e. a traditionalist from either the far West or the South. Giuliani is a uniquely poor choice. 
Perhaps Trump/Murkowski?

One of Trump's main supporters is Sarah Palin, so he's not going to pick her mortal enemy Murkowski.

No lol. Giuliani pick makes legit no sense. Not to mention he's anti-gun, pro-open borders, pro-iraq, and pro-abortion.
