Nope, Webb (I) is impossible. The only realistic scenario I see there is Clinton (D). Trump (I) is unlikely (although it's tough to get into Trump's mind), Petersen (L) is at best the 3rd most likely option for the Libertarians, and Mesplay always loses the Green nomination.

Hypothetically, though, I'd be choosing between Petersen and Webb. I'd probably go to Petersen, because I agree with him on more things, and because Webb is unlikely to have the kind of ballot access that Petersen would.
