Cruz stated that he would let him compete in OR & NM, while he focused on beating Trump in IN. Is it possible that he wins the state?

That idea is too hilariously impossible to answer no to. So instead, I'll go with "lel."

At this point, I don't think Kasich's campaign has the resources or credibility to win anything.  I could imagine a result like 38 Trump - 36 Cruz - 26 Kasich, but even that's probably too favorable for Kasich.

If he can make this a two man Kasich-Trump race in OR AND if Trump loses a few states (starting with IN), then yes, he can win. I am not certain that the Kasich campaign and even the SuperPAC has enough funds to do that, but it could happen.

For those who don't know Kasich has received every OR media endorsement to date, and his PAC is advertising to OR voters that in OR it is a 2-man race,  but even that may not be enough if Cruz does not stop Trump in his tracks in IN.

No. Nate Cohn's model even has Trump taking Oregon now.

Well a lot of other blue states have voted and it hasn't turned out all that well for Kasich in any region of the country except Ohio, so I'd bet no.
Ohio isn't a blue state.

Kasich isn't even in the Ordgon voting guide. He was the only presidential candidate who didn't submit his paperwork (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/kasich-largely-missing-official-pamphlet-18-million-oregon/story?id=38681852), even though he will be on the ballot. As Oregon is vote by mail, and the voter guides are also all mailed out and used frequently when voting (speaking from personal experience and observation), I wouldn't be too confident in his chances.

Those down at Sportsbet backing Trump have been making some dollars.

It's hard to see Trump losing any states from here.

Cruz and Kasich have played their 'home card' states. Now it's time to watch them suffer a cruel slow political death.

Oregon is a pretty liberal state, so it could happen.  But given the fact that he only has his home state so far, even that prospect is somewhat dubious.
