Do you think people will vote for Trump because they don't want to feel that we are at the end of history and all of society's questions are answered and that there will be no more exciting wars and catastrophes to overcome and be "exceptional" at? Do you think they are trying to vote against The Giver even if the alternative might be A Handmaid's Tale?

Trump will definitely get some votes from people who just wanna see chaos. Not enough to decide the election or anything, but he's the guy they will go to.
