On CNN it's still "too close to call" with Trump holding a 47.6% to 47.3% lead over Hillary.

I think because the PV margin is less than 0.5%, that is CNN's practice. I don't think Fox has called MI either (though Wikipedia shows MI for Trump). I believe the MI SoS will certify the vote in a few days.
