Both are massive HP but I would say Castro was worse since he didnt allow a transition to democracy like Chile did in the late 1980s. Both though were evil people who deserved to spend their rest of their lives in prison.

Actually since you chose Castro over an democratically elected American president you are .  Unlike you I would never ever choose an Dictator over an American President .

Also your logic is wrong as if anyone thinks either these leaders a FF they are Psychopaths as they were both evil people. This is just asking who was MORE evil not if any of these leaders were good which obviously they were not .

Allende since he was democratically elected and there is no proof that he would have created a Communist dictorship. But if he created a dictatorship he should have been overthrown(and replaced by a democratically elected leader not pinochet )

Pinochet turned Chile into the 3rd most economically prosperous nation in the Americas while Castro has left Cuba to rot. Not to endorse Pinochet, but Castro is worse.

Pinochet turned Chile into country of mass poverty, and miserable conditions for the poor. While Cuba has the lowest rates of poverty, infant morality, and one of the highest rates of literacy and healthcare coverage for the poor. All the social improvements of chile, were not done by Pinochet but by governments after him.

Chile under Allende was in an awful economic situation, most people couldn't buy sugar, milk or meat without waiting for hours in a queue at a supermarket under a rationin system by the time that Pinochet made the coup

I love how, for all their theoretical focus on MUH INDIVIDUAL, all neoliberals end up caring about in the end is meaningless aggregates like GDP.

Under invisible sanctions, and actions taken by the United States, and an internal crisis caused by the right-wing, to weaken Allende's government.

In Spite of all this, Allende's government helpt the poor of Chile gain a footing through social programs, after being impoverished for years, while the Pinochet left them to starve, while the economy was "growing".

All the social improvements of chile, were not done by Pinochet but by governments after him, including GDP and economic growth, were done by center-left governments alongside social programs to aid the poor.

Allende likely would have caused economic stagnation in his country and then been thrown out in the next election(if they hadnt gone fully to a commie dictorship) . Allende is more like Chavez then  Castro though and just like how Chavez destroyed Venezuela economy Allende would have done the same to Chile's.
