I hate to say it, but I think it would be Tulsi Gabbard on both counts.

Gary Johnson supporters for the most part might either warm up to Trump or go for whoever is the 2020 Libertarian candidate.

Tulsi Gabbard is not that left-wing and shills for Adelson. Bernie Sanders is the obvious choice, due to his longstanding sincerity.
