Russia did interfere in this election with the intention of undermining our democracy, and contributed to Hillary Clinton's loss.  That is indisputable (or, at least, should be).

-Actually, transparency is good.

It is, and be sure to tell that to Donald Trump.  By the way, speaking of transparency, when is he planning on releasing his tax returns?  All of them, that is.

-The tenth of nevah. But, yes, he should release them at this point, or WikiLeaks should do it for him.

Trump recently  announced he would he would never release them. Wikileaks is controlled by Russians, who have supported Trump so far.

Russia is just part of their grieving process.  They may blame every country on earth before realizing they lost.  This is what happens when Democrats lose as we saw in 2000 with their recount rhetoric.

investigating how you have been damaged through third parties is part of "your mess".

If I were damaged by a" third party" or someone else it would be my fault. I shouldn't  have permitted  to be damaged.

Ronald Reagan opposed the 'Evil Empire' and stood against them, and Republicans can argue he helped bring down the tyranny of the USSR. Just 4 years ago Mitt Romney said Russian was America's top geopolitical foe, and he was mocked by the Democrats. It is shameful that Republicans now cowtow to Putin and deny the reality, against all evidence, that he is not an ally but a foe of the United States, human rights and democracy.
Ronald Reagan supported Israel and South Africa, so don't you think he quite possibly had a different opinion of "evil" than you?

So, can we finally decide who's responsible?

1. Putin
2. Comey
3. Bernie
4. Obama
5. Weather
6. The curse of Monica Lewinsky
7. Bill's penis
8. Reddit
9. Jill Stein
10. Gary Johnson
11. Jfern

Not sure the exact nature of your list, but it does appear to be a curious individual not on the list regardless:

#1 Hillary Clinton
#2 Kek/Pepe

let's blame the victim, the murder weapon, the bullet and the assassin, not the one who ordered the hit.

I believe it is clear that Russian espionage into this election was so widespread it would be intellectually dishonest to conclude that the Kremlin was responsible for Hillary Clinton's loss.  They likely broke into Reince Priebus email account and found all sorts of juicy stuff and are holding onto it for blackmail.  I mean these are Russians we're talking about here, they got moles and spies everywhere.  Putin and crew or whoever leaked the emails from the DNC probably believed that it was a greater benefit for them if they leaked the DNC emails for obvious reasons.

However, with that said a lot of Democrats seem to completely ignore the actual content that was leaked.  Let's face it, if Clinton wasn't a controversial nominee and the DNC did operate in a non-biased fashion the damage by the leak would have been relatively minimal.  A more competent Democrat wouldn't have had the email controversy happen in the first place which allowed Comey and crew to cause as much damage as they did by re-opening it a few weeks before the election.  I mean by the time she was SOS Clinton should've known better than to open herself up to possible controversy by having a private email with minimal protection from hackers.  A politician like Clinton who was accused of every crime in the book by Republicans since the early 90s should've been prescient enough to deal with using two Blackberrys while on the job rather than try to consolidate everything onto one phone on a private account.  A lot of sales people in Corporate America are used to having a company provided cell phone to do business outside of their regular personal phone, not sure why Clinton thought it was a huge deal for her to have more than one phone (especially if the other phone would have been provided and paid for by the State Department).

So yeah, blaming Russia is a bit ridiculous if the Democratic campaign was a steaming pile of you know what.

-Again, nothing wrong with transparency. If the RNC was hacked, those emails should also be released, since they'd paint Trump in a highly positive light.
