Open letter by psychiatrists: Trump "incapable of serving safely as president"

Of course Trump is a few bricks short of a wall, but in addition to being unethical this is also yet another example of the "use institutional and technocratic experts to scold Trump" school of  opposing him, which has been consistently and absolutely ineffectual. And considering some of the things in which the psychiatric profession and its institutions have themselves been complicit...

This is an important point.

Crazy people don't know they're crazy. Does Trump know that he is crazy, or does he think he is perfect and everyone who disagrees with him is crazy? I think he could be suffering from some sort of borderline personality disorder as well: he's paranoid and thinks everyone is out to get him and it's his way or the way because he "knows" things others don't. He should've gotten help a long time ago.
