"After long recounts, Donald Trump has won Florida, but Hillary Clinton held on in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to secure 278 votes and the presidency."

Senate: No results changed, but Toomey's win was now very close.  52-48 GOP majority.
House: Darrell Issa loses, Don Bacon and Will Hurd narrowly survive.  240-195 GOP majority.
Governorships: The same

Not sure, but the same people who are now predicting a Democratic landslide in 2018 would tell us to wait instead of making overconfident predictions.

The fundamental reason a lot of Dems are bullish about 2018, (and would be in a Clinton midterm) is the strength of incumbency.

But still, best case scenario is Dems lose a net of three (losing ND, MO, WV, IN, and one of MT and OH while gaining AZ and NV) and worst case is Dems lose ten. (VA, ND, MO, WV, IN, MT, OH, WI, PA, MI, and fail to make any pickups)

Senate:
Likely R: ND
Lean R: AZ, MO, NV
Tilt R: IN, MT, WV
Tossup: FL, OH, PA, VA, WI
Tilt D: FL
Lean D: ME, MN, NJ

House: Between R+5 and R+20

Governor:
Probably R+2. Four of CO, MN, NH, OR, HI, CT, RI, and NY flip to be Republicans, while two of FL, NV, MI, WI, KS, and ME flip to the Democrats.

You might get double digit gains for the GOP in the Senate.
