Just saw Rep Joe Kennedy on Morning Joe... he definitely has a future in higher office... He really comes off as both intelligent and passionate/sincere... And at only 36, he's already been a US Rep for 4 years.

I'd love to see him replace Charlie Baker (R). We need some new youthful progressive governors like Joseph. A great candidate in my book for Governor. Sadly he has already declined any interest in running for governor, which means there are probably bigger Dems making moves for the seat already. I wish he would do more with his platform as Rep.

He probably declined to run for Governor because Baker would be a challenge to take down. He's extremely popular here, and despite being a Kennedy I don't think Joe can win. The only real possible Democrat bigger than him would be John Kerry.

I heard John Kerry is eyeing a presidential run in 2020, which I hope isnt true. I'd prefer he be a senator than the other option.
