I would say Bush was more fiscally Kennedyesque, while Clinton was more socially Kennedyesque.

Clinton certainly has a lot of the Kennedy traits- the charisma, the powerful one-on-one dynamic, the rampant need for sex etc. They only thing they have in common is that they both were able to win over more conservative parts of the electorate. If it wasn't for Hillary's 2008/2016 run I think Bill would have been a similar type of President in that a lot of people who weren't' typically democrats would have liked him.

GWB is a probably what Patrick Jnr would have turned out to be if he lived
