How likely do you think he is to run and win?

He's pretty old, but he's not too much older than Trump and he's quite a bit younger than Biden and Sanders. He'll be 75 on election day and 76 by his inauguration.

Zero chance to run and zero chance to win a national Democratic primary in this day and age. I could have seen him on Hillary's VP shortlist in 2008.

Clark is kind of a nut who believes whatever conspiracy theories cross his path.  E.g., believing Bush had a secret plan to invade seven countries, and believing Drudge rumors about John Kerry and Alexandra Polier.

If he couldn't get nominated in 2004, why would he be nominated in 2020?
