I would note there is a divide between Southern and Northern paleoconservatism. The former being traditionally agrarian and more religious, the later being more pro-industrial and lately more secularist.

These states have large concentrations:
Tennessee
Kentucky
Virginia
North Carolina
West Virginia
New Hampshire
Maine
Indiana
Ohio
Wisconsin
Iowa
Michigan
Minnesota
Missouri
Arizona
Pennyslvania

Vermont has them, but they have been overrun by out of staters and don't manifest in elections thus.
